Two members of the current team Mr. Adamantios Fragkos and Mr. Andreas Tsolias cooperated as Free Lancers (FL) to design, install and commissioning of Sound and AV projects from 2002. Several large projects commissioned with the participation of distinguished and outstanding engineers like Mr. Gerasimos Efthymiatos and other USA and European BOSE team engineers (Mr. Giorgio Giannoto, Mr. Thomas Steinbrecher, Mr. Ramon Zwaga, Mr. Akira Moshimaru) up to 2011.

Initially Smart Project started up at 2011 as Mr. Andreas Tsolias self-organized personal company, with the partnership of Mr. Adamantios Fragkos. Many new projects and new business activities at new sectors have been added like speculation department and acoustic studies at room acoustics and noise control.

Business growing led to the decision of reformation of the company (2022) to a capital shape European company with full orientation to Acoustics, Noise Control, Sound Systems Design, AV systems, Networking Design and Security Audio. New partnership has been made, shared between Mr. George Kokris and Mr. Andreas Tsolias under the managing direction of Mr. Konstantinos Kokris. Business have been more than doubled in a year and contracts with substantial entities have added for a promising business future.
